A story about dull sites and big smiles
When you're running an online store, you need to make sure your SEO is superb, your stocks are impeccable, your mails answered fast and informative, new products are selected and packages are shipped...
As you are reading this blog, I believe we both can agree upon the fact that we must be quite lucky to be working with such beautiful products and customers. :) And it is! For us it's an adventure to look out for new products, work together with dealers or designers and help out customers when they need it.
But like in any other business, there's also quite some work that is 'less entertaining'.
So, one of these tasks I did today is visit the European e-commerce site to register us as a cross-border online store...believe me, it's not exactly the most exciting site I visited recently...
And yet, quite unexpectedly, registering our site has put a big smile on my face :)
The reason why? I was asked to list to which countries we shipped recently...
and this is what I pulled out of our system:
